Another outstanding service experience As always, taking our cars in for servicing is a positive experience. Making the appointment works around our schedule; a car is always made available while our car is in the shop. This appointment was for major servicing, which was clearly outlined, so no surprises when I picked up the car at the end of the day. Both Karen Campbell and Jason Janusz were friendly, welcoming and helpful, as always.

Lexus of London is great place to purchase a vehicle! During the past two years my wife and I have admired the RX-350. The 2017 with 8 speed transmission; "driver assists;" color (cashmere), and showroom presentation sealed the deal. AMAZING!! We had so much fun dealing with the staff at Lexus We checked out a couple of places when looking for our car and Lexus of London is the place to go!
