Great I went to a few different dealers and found this one to be the most transparent and knowledgeable. As soon as we walked in, we found this one to be different; professional, not pushy which was a nice change. Loren (the salesperson) was respectful and able to bring the conversation to an appropriate level. My wife felt that she was treated equally in this dealership ( which is not common in our experience).

My first experience with a dealership Loren was great! Very attentive to my needs and helped me get into my dream car! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Overall good experience. I was very happy with my experience. My salesperson was very friendly which continued with financing. I didn’t feel pressured. The entire experience was very positive.

Great experience! Loren was very informative and took lots of time with us to answer questions, demonstrated all the equipment and was very professional. He was fair and we enjoyed dealing with him. Great deal and even better customer service! Taylor was extremely helpful when I was looking to downsize from my 2011 Chevy Equinox. He suggested that I test drive the Carolla after some conversation about what I wanted and needed in a new car. No Stress! Having been looking for a car for some time I have dealt with a number of sales reps and dealerships I didn’t like. They may push me towards something I didn’t want, or show a lack of knowledge about their products. Dealing with Loren and Aaron at Tony Graham Kanata was the complete opposite experience. The knowledge and patience in explaining differences and features and answering my sometimes odd questions lead to a stress free buying experience and a high level of satisfaction with my new (to me) Camry.

Review of sales and service My experience with service has always been superior. We have just bought my fifth Toyota. The salesman, LOREN HENSON, as been extremely helpful in all aspects of the purchase. He was particularly thorough in explaining the operation of the various new features on the Rav4. The day we purchased we had freezing rain. Loren was quick to scrape the ice off our other car after we finished the sales transaction.

Review Loren was great. Only thing I would change is how the pricing is explained. This part is still bugging me. Michelle was nice as well.

Kanata Toyota My experience was fantastic thank you to the staff and management, I have bought a number of vehicles and this was one of the easiest and relaxing experiences I have ever had. I will be back in the future and will recommend the dealership to friends and family.
