Great customer services, need some improvement in closing. I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. It was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Donnie had offered a courteous with great response time in communication. My week had been crazy busy, but he has been genuine and was very patient with me. Excellent experience overall From the first time I walked into the dealership, I was approached by Loren and he was a great sales person to work with right from the start. He answered all my questions, and when he didn't know the answer he went and found out rather than brushing it (something a lot of people will do). I required some unique set ups in the vehicle (something you'll likely never see again) to make sure it was the right one for me and Loren respected this and did everything he could to be of assistance. Great car buying experience with Loren at Kanata Toyota Loren is extremely knowledgeable and tech savvy, and provided great after sales service too. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a new vehicle. He knows the Toyota line and has a knack for remembering stats of various cars without needing to look them up.
