Above and beyond I had an intermittent problem with my front washer nozzles as they were not spraying in the cold weather. I went in without an appointment. Lindsay, the advisor, took my car in immediately after I told her that I have been using winter fluid for the last two fill ups. I had to wait because the technicians were on lunch and she apologized for that. It took a few hours to figure out the problem. Great Salesman This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Kanata Toyota. Both times, I have dealt with salesmen who were friendly, helpful and easy going which made the process less aggressive.

Brand new to Toyota Reached the end of my lease on a Chevy Sonic and the original dealer didn't want to make the deal that I wanted. I went down the road to Kanata Toyota and was met with friendly, knowledgeable staff that made the car purchasing experience a breeze. They were able to arrange a credit on my purchase to offset the mileage overage on my lease AND they paid for a rental vehicle for the time period between dropping off my leased vehicle and pickup of my new Toyota.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable I was very impressed with the help Taylor provided in choosing our next vehicle. The facility is top notch and everyone appears very tuned into the customer here. I've dealt with many dealerships over the years and Kanata Toyota is the best so far! We also love our new RAV4!

Purchase of a new 2018 Highlander We had done our research prior to arriving at the dealership. Our salesman was excellent and very well organized. He listened carefully to what we wanted and this translated in us getting a great vehicle in a great dealership. As always Toyota Kanata has very good service and is attentive to clients requirements. This in sales as in service.

2018 Tacoma TRD Off-Road The staff at Tony Graham Kanata Toyota were exceptional. Alex Fok was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the process of acquiring my new Tacoma, from our first meeting nearly 2 years ago when I was still deciding what vehicle I wanted Alex provided a stress and pressure free environment. Loren Henson was very knowledgeable on the vehicle when he walked me through the operation of the various features and systems during the delivery.
