2015 Toyota Camry Donnie, our Sales Representative, was very professional, gregarious, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Michelle, our Financial Services Manager, was very professional and knowledgeable. And she promptly actioned and replied to our emails. Wonderful Experience I am loving my new vehicle. James was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. I love my Minion, I mean my bright blue Yaris! We wanted a small second car just for around town. James suggested a Prius C or a Yaris. We discussed the differences and decided that a 5 door automatic Yaris fit our needs. Despite buying almost the cheapest car on the lot James spent a lot of time making sure that we got the best deal possible. My experience with leasing a vehicle Pretty good service. The sales person was difficult to understand. He spoke quickly and dropped off at the end of every word. I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying several times. He was kind and courteous and went through whatever I wanted him to tell me about the car. Also, I had a budget. He wanted to go through the types of cars, but I told him to tell me what I could get within my budget and not bother with all the rest. He did what I asked and I did appreciate that. Good. I purchased a new Corolla. The sales person, John Metcalfe, was knowledgeable, couteous and friendly. On my 2nd visit, I wanted my son to test drive a Corolla and he did. John gave us time to discuss a few things before I made an offer. The only negative is I wanted to pick up the new car on Monday but Thursday being the end of the month it was made clear it was preferable that I pick it up by Thursday.
