Best car buying experience I have ever had We dealt with Loren Henson for our recent Highlander purchase. He is by far the best car saleman I have ever worked with. He is super polite and helpful but not pressuring at all. I first met him when I popped in for brochures and felt no pressure at all. Fantastic! I found this dealership to be friendly and welcoming. They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions and explained the various options. They treated me as an equal and did not rush me in any way or make me feel that my questions were trivial. Also many of the staff introduced themselves and thanked me for coming. It was a fantastic experience.
Above and Beyond service I just picked up Kristen's Rav 4 and wanted to drop you a note to say thank you, while the work was fairly minor you had no obligation to help us but you did. Experience with Toyota My Experience with Toyota has been good so far. Its been Month now and so far its simply awesome. Experience with sales team is Excellent. But feel that the Finance/other information they provide is very limited. There are some basic information that should be given - like info on wear and tear pass- which keeps driver to some extent worry free when they are on lease. Nobody provided this info, until it was asked explicitly. Overall experience so far is Good, Yet to see how future services are given.
Very friendly, no pressure, just easy to deal with! There was no messing around. Everyone was nice and friendly and it was easy to get a deal done. They have good cars and good prices! Go see Loren there, he was awesome!
