Great car, great service Quick and friendly service through out the whole process. They listened to our requests and worked great with us to come to angreement we were all comfortable with. We noticed an odour in the car while test driving it and they insured the car would be detailed to perfection and it was.
Ask for Review While my first experience at this dealership was very unpleasant, when I took my son to see the vehicle we were interested in, we meet what is probably the best sales person we have dealt with since looking for a new car. Taylor Hill was more knowledgeable about the car then any of salespeople we have encountered with from all the dealerships. Organized, friendly, professional Kanata Toyota made my first time car buying experience amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive to all questions or concerns had. The reason why I did not rate it “excellent” was due to the fact that there was a miscommunication with how much I owed at pick up date. Best experience to date We absolutely hate purchasing vehicles. As a matter of fact, we downright avoid it for as long as we can. We had shopped around on line and made a few phone queries. Recommend with qualifications I was a customer of TGT for over 20 years and generally felt that I was treated fairly. However a few more recent experiences have left me wondering if the change in management has altered the way they do business. Generally I have found them to be very friendly but that is only a very small part of what makes dealership good.
