Excellent Customer Service! Kanata Toyota has a great team of professionals that are a dream to do business with. Friendly and well informed on the products, they also didn't make me feel pressured like many aggressive sales tactics used by some dealership's.

Excellent service & sales I came in to Ottawa expecting to be walking away with a Honda Civic; my experience at Kanata Toyota was not only far superior to other Honda dealerships but also other Toyota dealerships I visited. My salesman was simply better than anywhere else I went; not to mention the prices were much better as well.

New Tundra I recently had to finally trade in my 2006 Tundra. I loved this vehicle that didn't give me any problems in 12 years and 379600 KM. Once I drove in the new Tudra I was once again sold and the transion was very smooth and very professional. Brilliant Experience! 2018 Toyota Corolla XSE I highly recommend simple because of their approached to the customers. Staff are very friendly, welcoming, none judgemental, very professional and very helpful in every steps needed to get you your new vehicle. A simple warm welcome can make a big difference along with Congratulatory few days after top the deal.
