Great experience This is our third car purchase from Kanata Toyota. Loren Henson is fantastic as are all of the staff. He was so helpful and efficient. He was also very kind to my son. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Loren, Michelle and the financial manager (whose name I have forgotten, my apologies) and our buddy in service who is always so on the ball (I’ve forgotten his name too!) 2 new cars in a week! I'm self employed? Work very hard for my money, never bought a new car. I always believed that a private deal was the best way to save money. It just happened that I was running into problems with my 2005 vehicle and my wife's 2008 was becoming unreliable and refused to spend any more money on it. Amazing Service Bought a brand new Toyota Camry, the sales manager sold me on it in a few minutes. Went in to buy 2017 camry but bought 2018 instead and well worth it. The sales individual was very knowledgeable and again great service.
Car purchase The salesman spend a lot of time with us during the test drive and afterwards. He made sure that we understood all parts of the sales purchase and explained everything on the car.
