Pleasant Experience I recently purchased a Camry Hybrid XLE 2018 with a trade in. Loren Henson was the sales representative, who conducted the test drive with me and worked out the pricing. All was done in a very professional and pleasant manner. Loren was very knowledgeable about the car and followed up on my e mails and voice messages. Not very satisfied with repair service I had my Sienna passenger side sliding door serviced to replace the entire cable/sensor/motor assembly. When I picked it up it was later in the day so I didn't spent time to thoroughly test the fix before checking it out. As soon as I got home, I found the fixed door produced more noise at opening. I had to visit the dealership again. The service persons were helpful, they cleaned up the lock on the door and the noise went away. New Purchase of a Sienna Our salesman, Loren, was amazing. He was laid back, had a great sense of humour and wasn't pushy or in my face the way some sales people can be. Loren was incredibly knowledgeable of both the Sienna and Highlander. He focused on our family's needs and did not try and push a vehicle that wasn't in our best interest. He gave us all the information about both and let us decide what was in the best interest for our family.
