Great experience buying a new Camry Hybrid Attentive staff - but allowed us room to kick a few tires inside and outside the showroom. Salesman Donnie McGregor was very helpful in helping us choose the model we needed - and finding the right colour we wanted. Jenifer Nadeau & Natalie were great with after sales delivery set-up and bluetooth set-up. A comfortable experience with a team of enthusiastic Toyota boosters.

Best car purchasing experience ever! I called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle they had in inventory (RAV4 TRAIl). Loren Henson answered the sales queue and I explained to him what I was interested in and mentioned that I had a vehicle that could trade a fair price was offered. My experience was very pleasurable. There was no pressure. Initially, I was dreading the whole car buying experience, but I felt absolutely no pressure with Loren. He explained everything about the vehicle. He answered all my questions. He allowed us to inspect the vehicle in detail. He was very accommodating. Hassle free no pressure experience Our car buying experience at Tony Graham Kanata was very easy. Loren is a great guy, knowledgeable and laid back. Right away he took us out for a test drive, made us free comfortable and explained any questions. I'm not a good shopper and dread car shopping especially but this time we were after a new Prius and with the excellent service and great car itself the experience was enjoyable. The team at Tony Graham was friendly and always ready to help or just talk. Thanks

Our purchase experience in Tony Graham Toyota When we arrived at Tony Graham Toyota, we received a warm welcome by the receptionist. James Shinnan was the sales person, we drove 02 car and he explained everything. He is knowledgeable and passionate.
