Excellent service and support First of all I would like to mention that we did not want to buy a new car at this moment. Once we came to the meet Don everything has changed. So now we own a new Toyota Corolla SE and is a great car. Thanks to everybody, Toyota Kanata is an outstanding dealership
Friendly and No-Pressue John is the dealer who helped my girldfriend and I out. We came in looking at the Rav4 and 4Runner. Although the 4RUnner is more expensive (and he could have made a higher commission), he asked us about our needs and tried to get the best car for our lifestyle. He ended up recommending the RAV4 and we went from there. The purchasing process was smooth and I was able to pick it up 3 days later. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
Customer service We were very fortunate to be paired up with Marcus Knight ( sales associate ) to handle our purchase of our new vehicle. He was very kind , extremely knowledgable and not pushy. Marcus ensure we had the answers to all our questions. He was flexible on delivery times and very detailed when reviewing everything pertaining to the new vehical and the finance contract. I would highly recommend Marcus as your Kanata Toyota sales associate.

Amazing From Start to Finish My experience at Kanata Toyota was the best I could have asked for. I was a first time car buyer and Loren was so wonderful, I cannot thank him enough for helping me get into my new car!
