Purchased new RAV4 Hybrid.k I find both Sales and Service staff are quite personable to deal with. I probably would have given a 5-star rating but this dealership is very busy and it sometimes takes 1 or 2 weeks to book an appointment for installing snow tires.
4Runner purchase All staff were friendly and helpful. Questions were answered quickly. A very pleasant shopping experience. So far we love the new vehicle. Wouldn't hesitate to return for our next car purchase
Great experience - bent over backwards. Great team work at Toyota to get the ride we wanted, as soon as it could possibly be delivered! Loren was great as the sales lead, but was well supported by the entire team and everyone was extremely nice and willing to bend over backward to get us what we wanted.

Great service and fast! I needed to buy a car within a few days because my old car died unexpectedly. I walked in to the dealership with the intention of buying one car but it did not have everything I wanted and so Loren was very helpful and found me exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to settle just because I wanted something quickly. He was supportive and fair and I love my car!
Great team and great service At first I went with my family to see the prices and opportunities for a possible purchase of a new car. I wanted to buy a rav4 but I was not sure about making the right choice. Don McGregor gave me all the information needed to help me make the right choice. He took the time to answer all my questions and even I did a driving test on a rav4. In the end I bought the rav4.I am very happy to make this purchase
