I have visited Whitby Toyota to check the alignment of my car, after a road test, I was told that my car is in top shape and no service required. I respected their honesty.and will continue trusting this dealer with my car and pass on this recomendation to my friends and family,
Excellent experience, wery warm and friendly, excellent van! We love the sienna! My only comment is that we purchased the limited and I'm not a fan of the "wood" on the dash and set earring wheel (I prefer the leather wrapped stealing wheel)... But that is a design thing.... Nothing g to do with the dealership... Excellent customer service, sales guy was super nice and accommodating... 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks !

She provided me with a large variety of cars that met my needs. She did a great job at explaining the features of each of the cars and she gave me a good price for the car I purchased. Overall I am satisfied with how she performed her job.

I first visited Whitby Toyota in January 2013 and was approached by Lance Anderson. My intention was to test drive the 2013 Rav4 with the thought of replacing my 2005 Highlander. Lance informed me that they were not going to be available until February 2013. He provided me with a 2012 Rav4 to test drive but warned me that I could not compare the 2012 with the 2013 and encouraged me to come back in February to test drive one. I live in Newcastle and I drive to Whitby Toyota to have my vehicle serviced. The staff is very friendly and I am always treated with great respect there.
