really well looked after on time, on budget, communicative, efficient - had a loaner car that was really appreciated and the turnaround was faster than expected. my service was expensive but they did everything they could to make it as reasonable as possible.
All Good It was all done efficiently and properly. I got an appointment when I wanted it and was able to finish off quickly. Best of all it the leaky tire repair was covered under the warranty as I purchased the car there
Fantastic Every time I purchase a new Toyota at your dealership, they are very knowledgeable and helpful during the sale. I always come out loving my new car. My niece has a Toyota and loves hers to. My brother just purchased his at your dealership and is pleased he did. So you can see it runs in the family.
Vehicle Service 32000k Dee was very professional , answered all my questions regarding the service. When it was done she came and found me and explained what they found and what they did. I was very happy with the process.
Excellent customer Service by DEE I asked Dee if the car was washed as promised.. Dee said yes. Dee gave the key to me and when I went out, it was obviously not washed. I came back inside and told Dee that the car wasn't washed. She came with me outside and checked. She then saw it. She apologized to me and ask the key back and said.. I will washed it myself... sorry. I think Dee went the extra mile to do it right and make it right for the customer! Kudos to Dee!!
Service Longer service appointment. Able to obtain a later appointment in the day quickly. Appreciate the flexibility of service appointments available, as I live one hour outside Edmonton.
Excellent Service Work I brought in an SUV for service that was not from Toyota. Jamie and the Parts and Service team were able to repair my vehicle for a lot less than the dealership I bought it from. From having an immediate opening, to a quick repair time, the service I received was both friendly and professional. I highly recommend visiting them for repairs of any type of vehicle.
No pressure. Listened to my needs Up front I was there to look at options and Doug and Scott were very helpful in giving me ample opportunities to test drive and ask questions. Very professional and accepted my stated boundaries.
