I had to take my car in for a tyre repair. It was my third one in 6 weeks! They check all of my tyres and luckily there was only one nail. They even had my car ready earlier than expected.
Sun Toyota service center is about 58 kms. from my place,bu still I want the best service having a Toyota Rav 4 2013. I have also a Toyota Corolla 2012, and I used to send for service in Toyota. Service in sun Toyota is great, their employees are professional, very approachable and they knew their staff.
The adviser informed me of the service to be performed and mentioned the price and when the car would be available. The service was completed on time and the price was competitive. Overall I feel the dealership treats it customers fairly and honestly.
We took our '05 Corolla in to get new tires and mentioned that the car had been sitting for awhile. The service department tested the battery on their own and informed us that the battery was not holding its charge, so a new one was required. We are glad to have found this out before we were in a difficult situation. So thank you!
Very Friendly staff. Love going there for the service of my 4Runner. This is my 2nd 4Runner from the same dealership. Chad made my buying experience an easy one. Can't think of ever switching from Toyota to any other brand :)
Excellent service ,i was really worried about my Toyota Rav 4 ..when warning light showed up for 4 WD and malfunction of light , I asked Sandeep as soon as i approached to service centre ,he explained the real reason ,i was relaxed to confirm that nothing happened to my engine.
I an contented with the service I get. Veronica is very friendly and gives me all the information i need. Awesome. I willefinitely recommend them to all my friends and families.
Veronica was very helpful with making the appointment promptly and phoning and explaining the extra work needed on the car maintenance. The appointment reminder call from the receptionist was precise and clear. I don't know how pricing is done but it is a huge bill all the same. Of course we did get new winter tires and a new side mirror in this visit so I guess it is to be expected that the cost will be higher.

My visit this time was ok, but before this visit, i have my Rav4 serviced and I think they advised me that my 3year Rav4 needs a new shocks, I agreed before I have time to think, which is my mistake, now that I though about more It, I realized that the mechanic (not sure) just wnt to make more money on parts, I take a look at the old shocks and the shocks is not that bad, it is not even very wet w/ oil.
