The vehicle was ready on time and for less cost then the estimate. There was no charge for adjusting something that I should have been able to do myself.
Fast and friendly service. Phoned to let me know what was happening and when service was finished. Noticed break light was out and fixed it after checking with me.

I was told to attend a dealership from my mechanic and all I was thinking was how expensive it was going to be. It was expensive but the service was impeccable. Friendly staff at 730 in the morning, walked me to my car, great advise, timely service and a courtesy pick up. I have been to other Toyota dealerships in Calgary and Edmonton and Sun Toyota was a pleasure of an experience. Thank you!
This was a very unique situation as I live in Jasper and only had 1 day to come test the car out, purchase it, register it, etc. and drive it back to Jasper. My father (who lives in Windsor, Ontario) was helping to do the research on the car for me which also made the situation a little different. Good service, reminds the due date for vehicle service and they have very friendly staff give advice on the works need to be done for the vehicle.

Chris in service was awesome! - He is who really went the extra mile - came immediately after I called and boosted my car so I could get it in the shop. They were quick and friendly :) Car works great!
I thought my entire visit was fantastic from the free coffee I was offered at the drop off to the popcorn I was offered at pick up. The shuttle driver was very friendly and so was Veronica. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that I was still charged the diagnostic fee even though I had work completed the same day. Most dealerships wave that fee once the work is completed
