I went in for a regular service and received great advice on what to have done. The staff are very helpful, and clearly not interested in merely upselling customers to the most expensive option.
I came in to the service centre for an oil change and to have my wiper blades replaced. Because I didn't know the proper terminology, it took a bit of time to convey the message that I just needed new rubber for the current blade assembly. However, everything was eventually understood and I was very happy with the job and the price.
I think I got very good service from this dealer. Veronica is very knowledgeable, she knows what she is doing and explains those technical things clearly to me. Thank her for her service.
Everyone at the dealership is friendly, efficient and they exceeded my expectations about how long the service would take. It was done early! Veronica explained everything about the service, warranty coverage and made sure the whole experience was fast and painless. I love these guys- the best dealership I've encountered.

i have been a Sun customer for many years. Ever since Wheaton has taken over the dealership, the service level has dropped. calling service you only get into contact with a service rep maybe 1 out of 3 times. i leave my name for them to call me back, half the time i never get a call back, the other half it takes hours to get back to me. things are missed, and when i arrive anytime after 4:30, there is no one there that can answer the most basic question on the service order - merely that here is your bill, pay it. significan... read more

We have created a call center with 2 full time employees, and have 3.5 advisors now to handle the extra volume of business we have, we schedule them so we have an advisor here from 7 am until 5:30 or 6. The only time you would not be able to speak to an advisor would be for an pre arranged after hours pickup where the invoice should already be reviewed with the client. You got a bad rating for customer service as I was taken back to the location about 45 minutes before my vehicle was ready, even though I specifically asked the driver if my car was done. Veronica had told him she didn't think it would be done by 2PM and so, when he called, I asked if he had checked to be sure the work was complete. He said yes. Very slow service. Stood around waiting at desk after ringing bell for several minutes. No one acknowledged me or offered any help. Once I finally got some attention the service was good.
