The service is great and friendly. I would consider improving the time it take to do the service. The price is a bit expensive even though it is almost similar to other dealers.
I came in to have my tire fixed. It turned out that I needed a new tire. Unfortunately, my car wasn't going to be ready when promised and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to pick my kids up from school. Jessica offered me a loaner car until my car was ready. Great customer service!
Service was good, asked for assistance in resetting the interior clock but they couldn't help me, stating that the previous owners had tampered with the electronics making it too difficult? Anyways fair price for a synthetic oil change. Parking was difficult though, looking forward to the new place.
I have been with this dealer for 12 years now and have always been very happy with the service - all employees are very friendly and helpful, the work is always done within the time frame they say it will take (or faster), and I appreciate the quality control followup by phone afterwards. I thought Jess was terrific, but I hesitate to give anything or anyone a perfect rating because perhaps perfection is rarely, if ever found in the human experience. However, if there was an option to rate Jess and the overall experience at 4.5, I would do that.
I am pretty impressed by the service and support provided by Veronica. She provided a proper explanation of the services that were required and was quick enough to arrange a pick-up and drop-off service by their courtesy shuttle.
Oil change was quick and service dept. looked after the fob issue I had. Scott the service Manager was exceptional explaining what was done and why. Original salesman Henry who sold us our Sienna was friendly as usual.
I found that the service team was very friendly and explained what needed to be done and the work was completed in a timely manner by the mechanic.
They are all attentive and courteous and all my inquiries were answered satisfactory. The Service center staff really work great.Two thumbs up for all of them especially to Michael Limcangco.
