The person on the front desk, Mr. Jadhav has been very courteous and helpful. He explained all components of service and pricing in an easy to understand manner. He made me feel comfortable. Being very knowledgeable he makes an excellent customer service person.
Friendly, effective, helpful service beyond what I have experienced at any other dealership began before i even got in the door. Vehicle problems noted and resolved by making time for extra work. My car told me it even enjoyed the sleep-over! Drop off and Pick up shuttle device was also great.

Toyota is excellent car manufacturer - I always recommend my friends to go for Toyota. Earlier, I drove German-made cars, and currently, I have a BMW as well. I am more happy with my 10-years-old Toyota Corolla than with my BMW.
Convenient time for appointment. Friendly reminder message. Reviewed work to be done. Specified replacement of cabin air filter not in my model and year. Offered free popcorn on arrival. Went over work to be done and pricing . Told us time for pick up. Called at home to advise other work that should be done (we postponed this due to cost and it not being a safety item). Called to advise when car ready for pick up. No longer have free schuttle. No free gift after payment for agreed work. Did not advise of move to new location... read more

I needed to get my tire looked at as it was low. I made an appt and they were very efficient in getting me in. They said it would take an hour to find out where and what the problem is and to fix it. I came back an hour later and it was just pulled out into the service parking lot - great timing! They got rid of the screw in my tire and patched it up. Thanks Toyota! :)
My company leased me a new Camry and I had to pick it up at Sun Toyota yesterday. From the moment I walked in the experience was so friendly and engaging. I had a few people helping me and they were all GREAT! My new car was sitting in the showroom, shiny and new, waiting for me.
