Excellent service from Veronica and the mechanics that worked on my car! She is courteous, and knowledgeable. She was able to explain to me what kind of services that I needed. The shuttle driver was very friendly too. Well done!
I take our company truck in to Sun Toyota for every required maintenance, and regardless of who I deal with, they are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. They do their absolute best to accomodate possible appointment dates that work with staff field work schedules, and ensure great service from on the phone to in person. Jess goes above and beyond to make my service experience as painful, and frankly as effective as possible. She understands that I have a crazy work schedule and need to have my car in tip-top shape. She doesn't hesitate to pick up the phone if there is a concern and always remembers me. I am thankful to be able to rely on Sun Toyota and the entire service team!
this my 2nd visit to sun toyota and for me the service is great, employees are friendly and greet me right away, the service for my corolla is great that's why i trust them to work with car...
Veronica was wonderful, very nice and helpful, but the receptionist was not very nice, she laughed and hung up on me twice before I actually spoke to her, then when I was in the store I got a lot of attitude. The service cost, literally, three times more than what was quoted to me when I called to make the appointment, and no one seemed to care.

Good service, pointed out some bad rims that I purchased to put on my vehicle. They were ready with the right rims after showing me the others were the wrong fit for my vehicle. They were very helpful to me overall.
I had really fine, attentive service from the service manager himself when I went in to get my winter tires installed. I have been a SUN Toyota customer for years and have always gotten good, efficient service that I feel I can trust.
This is my third visit to SUN TOYOTA since they have been purchased by The Wheaton Group. My most recent visit has once again reflected the improvement that this Service Department has seen since Scott has taken over as Service Manager. I think it says a lot that he is a very hands on Manager and is actively involved with the customers when they are having their vehicles in for service. Overall customer service was ok at best. First time being into this dealership as I usually go to Sherwood Park, but felt as though I was imposing on the staff. The nice guy with the English accent was the only exception as he seemed like he actually wanted to be there. The lady that processed our transaction seemed as though shed rather sit and chat with colleagues then take our money. Doubt I will be going back and surely will not be going in to buy a new SUV when we decide to trade ours in.
