I have had my Rav4 and Corolla serviced at Sun Toyota ever since purchasing the 2011 Corolla at that dealership (My 2011 Rav4 was purchased at the dealership in Sherwood Park and was NOT a good experience so I never returned). Sun Toyota has provided excellent service every time with all work done right the first time! I am always able to get in quickly when I need to. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to buy and service a vehicle!
I had made a mistake and went in on Friday when I had made the appointment for Saturday. They where very nice and where able to get me in for my oil change that same Friday. They took my care in right away. While waiting I was offered popcorn. Every time I go all the staff are kind, courteous and professional.
Right from the moment I contacted the dealership about the vehicle, Ashlee was as helpful as could be. When we took the vehicle for a test drive, I noticed that the struts were a little soft and made mention of this to Ashlee. I did not expect the dealership to replace them without any additional cost to me. What a wonderful surprise. Throughout the whole purchase, Ashlee stayed on top of everything to make sure we were kept in the loop and there were no surprises. A pleasure to deal with.
Deep and Suk were friendly and patient answering all my questions and allowed me to select the Toyota I wanted and on terms that suited my budget. I was impressed by their professionalism and commitment to their customer,yours truly. But, by way of coming clean,I should avow that my new Rav4 today was my third Toyota from Sun in the last five years so,presumably, they must be doing something right. Actually, a lot "right". Had a great experience dealing with the staff here. They were very helpful and did not leave out any of the necessay details. I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a vechial in the Edmonton area.
Service Advisor are easy to deal with. Looking forward to the new location being up and running. 82nd Ave is not always easy to get around.

Sun Toyota staffs were very helpful they're easy to approach. They explain things about the service needed in your car and receptionist were friendly too.
