Veronica was great in making sure she could fit the recall and the service in one appt so we did not have to come back. Also the car was ready early.

It was good, customer service was good just it was little bit expensive then i expected . Service time was good as i got my car in two hours. So over all i am happy. Thank you.
From the moment we walked into the showroom on Saturday and met Alvin Pelayo we felt comfortable. We knew which vehicle we wanted so Alvin showed us all of the possibilities and with Kun Wu's assistance we were able to select a RAV4 with the options we wanted in our price range. We then met with Daryll Baltazar to establish the price and some basic addon information. Good experience, they were accommodating in my request to have my work done on the weekend at my convenience. The price, however, was more than they quoted due to misc. "shop charges" which they added on later and did not explain.
Sandeep took time to listen to my concerns and explained them after checking with the service people. In addition to the service I was booked for, I also needed to get my newly purchased winter tires installed. He took the effort to accommodate me even though I didn't have an appointment for it. Sandeep has been very polite and helpful and that is very much appreciated.
The service centre has friendly staff and the service was quick. The waiting room is nice and I like that there is a newspaper to read.
I was given an appointment promptly when I phoned. The appointment was kept on time and my vehicle was in and out within 45 minutes. Reception form Jess (the advisor) was courteous and pleasant. I have always had a positive experience at Sun Toyota.
My car was maintained according to the maintenance schedule on Oct. 10, 2013 but then I had my car towed to be fixed due to the fuel line leaking on Nov. 27 which was checked on Oct. 10. I had paid $580.63 for the first job and then another $136.50 for the 2nd job.
