The service employee was very helpful and the service was very fast. It took less than an hour. as well, because my battery was dead, they changed if for me without me asking. Service today was very good
The employee gave me a detailed explanation of the services needed and an estimate of the total charges. They gave me a very accurate time of how long the service would take, and the cost in the end was less than expected. All employees I walked past during my visit were friendly and greeted me.
Prius was in for recall work. Service noticed lights not working and need replacement. Work was done in a timely fashion at minimal cost. Also was provided with shuttle service to and from home during the servicing of the Prius.
We had a BMW and were having nothing but problems with the car and dealership we bought it from. We had a Toyota 4runner before the BMW and we really liked it so my husband ( out of frustration with the BMW ) looked up the 4runner and we found one at Sun Toyota and Henry was our salesperson. He was awesome through the whole process that took over a month and was great to work with. I would strongly recommend Sun Toyota to anyone and Henry would be someone we would defiantly recommend. I was able to get my vehicle booked in for routine service (oil change and regular maintenance) quickly. The advisor who helped me at the service desk was friendly and courteous and was able to answer my questions. Price seemed fine for the services performed and the work was performed in a reasonable amount of time, especially considering that the appointment was for a Saturday morning.
my experience at this location was great. As I called at sun Toyota for my cars regular maintenance I was asked to come right way don't even have to book an appointment .Other good thing was price was very reasonable as compared with gateway Toyota. Top of this I had a commercial vehicle and it was ready before the given time . SO altogether I was really impressed with everything I would recommend my other friends to sun Toyota . thanks again
Once again Chris in service was super friendly, quick and very happy to help. Chris is a solid dude and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a service provider who cares :)

The total "used car" experience at Sun Toyota on Whyte was friendly, efficient and respectful of my time. We are a very busy family and I appreciated that Ashlee & Mike R. were able to simplify the process via email. Pleasant surroundings. Everyone seemed happy to be at work. Henry was quick to pick up my needs and wishes. He patirently answered my questions and explained the process ot purchasing as well as the merits of my particular vehicle. He was very helpful in all aspects of delivery.
