It was easy to get an appointment on a few days' notice. Much appreciated by procrastinators like me. :-) The very recently issued recall (I didn't know about it as I haven't received the letter yet) was picked up at the time my appointment made and was taken care of during the service.
I was expecting that I will have to spend my day without a car but I was so happy to get my car back in less than an hour with all my concerns addressed.
All the staff are friendly and attentive. I can either get a ride home or actually find an hour in their lounge with nothing to do. what a luxury!. The best thing is that I am always out the door sooner than the time estimated. Way to go Sun Toyota Service.
Very Happy with our service, We had been servicing our Scion Tc at another dealership and was fed up with the constant barrage of false service requirements that they would always find multiple failures that our vehicle needed to be repaired ( a 2010 with under 48km) we were told of failing brakes( of which it has Rotora Crolled drilled and slotted rotors and carbon pads with maybe 10km on them), burned power steering fluid,burned trans fluid,and stuff that is not even applicable to our model of vehicle, so I had the vehicle... read more
I Called to get a quote on Exhaust kit replacement and labor for my 2006 Toyota Rav4 and the lady was very helpful. She checked the system and found out that my exhaust was covered under recall product. She helped booked my service and I got my appointment within 2 days since I called. When I went in, I believe her name was Jess, helped me and I was in and out in minutes. I got shuttle both way from sun toyota and back in the evening. They replaced my exhaust free of charge. Great service, was late for appointment but still accommodated me. Was able to get a ride to my place and once the work was done, picked me up at my residence. Very timely and efficient.
Veronica was awesome. Very friendly, honest and didn't overcharge me for services I didn't need. Service was quick and extremely pleasant... unlike some other experiences I've had. This was my first time at SUN Toyota and it was fantastic. Thank you!
