I have had a very bad experience with Toyota On The Park Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boother is highly unprofessional and extremely curt with customers. She often wears low cut blouses. I ask, is she actually selling service or herself to the customers. Very bad customer service, Unprofessional, I want to give them 0 rating. I booked my vehicle on 16 sep,2021. I am first time car buyer and i forget to take bill of sale on that day . i give them 1000CAD. they give me promise you will get your vehicle on 10th oct,2021. Had a terrible experience with Judy and Corey in trying to buy a car. They will try and convince you to sign on the dotted line and then do everything to convince you that the deal can't be made anymore. I've heard all excuses - from the ordering system is down to we have a list of "25" people who will be randomly allocated the car. Judy is particularly the worst - zero follow ups, no actions to even try and remedy the situation (she will call you constantly only to buy though).
Unprofessional and lazy. Did not know prices and trim levels of cars, made promises he later went back on. Although polite, he is an amateur and could not give a xxxx about his job
I met a very unprofessional sales agent at this dealership. We went for a test drive, guess what was his first question? He asked us if we are buying the vehicle TODAY. Next, he asked 3 pieces of photo IDs (including a credit card w/photo) in order to give us a Highlander for a test drive. When we asked the reason for this, he said this was because someone stole a car recently, implying they don’t trust people who come for test drive.
Never go to this car dealership and sales person Chitra Selvanadhan . Unprofessional , deceiving and lying dealorship . One of worst experience of my life time . We got a call last week that our car has arrived , we did the insurance and registration and went on May 22 to pick our car . She doesn’t listen to you. She tried selling us a white camry when we waited two months to get a red camry. Thank God we noticed the color code before completing the signature on the delivery documents or we would have been trapped by this dealer into buying the car we didn’t want. Totally unprofessional and rude. She shouldn’t be doing business.
What can I say, a car dealer is a car dealer. I don't know why they rap on used car salesemen, in my limited experience new car salesemen are just as bad. Or maybe I just got unlucky with the salesman this time. I only buy a new car about once every ten years. I came in with what should have been a quick and easy deal.
