Jude no longer works there. Someone responded pretending like I didn’t reach out specifically to Jure. When I called him on it, more acting.... then suddenly, I was connected with his supervisor who was kind and honest enough to let me know that Jure no longer works at that location. Not sure if he works for Toyota at all. I am definitely done with this location. Bad service in Scarborough and now sadly, not so great at On the Park.

I initially visited this Toyota repair shop because the air conditioning gas in my car was depleted. During the inspection, they informed me that a wire under the car had been chewed by rodents and needed to be replaced. I ended up paying around $900 for the repair, which was entirely labor cost as there was no charge for the parts. After picking up my car, the engine warning light turned red. I was on the verge of purchasing a brand new Prius Prime at this dealership when all of a sudden my salesperson went to the back office to consult his sales manager and informed me has bad news. Seems the car I wanted had been ordered by another customer with rustproofing and an extra coat of paint and I would have to pay an extra $2600 if I wanted it. Classic bait and switch! One of the sales person was rude and not very professional with the selection of his words.
I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in 2022, when I was new to Canada and did not speak English well. The salesperson, **Parker Raaymakers** and his colleague whose name was **Maggie**, pretended to be helpful and friendly, but they actually tricked me into signing a contract that had several extra coverages that I did not want or need. they also charged me **$28,500** for the car, which was way above the market price, and gave me a high interest rate of **9.25%**. Run a mile if you are looking to service your vehicle. They nickel and dime you in every possible way. The tire pressure sensor light was on for a two month old Sienna. This place first claimed that there’ll be a charge to check the TPMS lights since the winter tires were not purchased with them. Second they claimed that if there’s no sensor with the tires, and sensors would need to be purchased. (Just the beginning of spins and lies before anything was done). Hon Ho (Service Department Advisor), you ripped me off. You charged me $731.52 for 4.00 techs + $20 for tech stream data + $97.70 for tax for the total of $849.22 just to repair the two wires on top of the engine block. The two wires are only about 4 inches long each. This simple job can easily be done in less than 30 minutes by your experienced technician. To new customer, DO NOT agree to add Rust proofing by the time you purchase your car. Black dots is coming on my front windshield from inside because of the rust proofing was not done perfectly ( after being inspected from other Toyota dealer - have it in written and they refused to fix the issue and suggested to go back to the original dealership - ).
