My bad experience with Chitera selvanathan She made me look like tami community people idiot. front of her eyes only money she don’t hear of customer. Shelly Butler is useless if you not buying a car If you purchase from here stay far away from Shelly Butler. We tried to buy tire warranty for our new tires as per the Toyota website. We spoke to her in person and she said she needed to contact head office and would call us back the next day . Two days later nothing. Customer service and approach is a big headache!! This maybe a slightly long post but its imperative that i put it out for others to read and take into account before taking a decision in the future. complications My rating is 0!!!!! I wanted to express the poor service I received in regards to the finance department. In short, had to face such complications and unprofessionalism and disorganization.......
Very bad service I went there to purchase a new vehicle. He talks very rudely, He never returns customers call, called him few times in a day. When went there in person to talk to him, he said I was so busy, this happened for few days. I felt like ignored , don’t know why.
After completing the deal the treat me as nothing I brought 2017 Toyota Corolla. The guy didn't give the Manuel and the ownership book. I ask so many times to send me the manuel,he did after a long waiting. When my insurance company asked to send the ownership book I text the guy that I need it so that he can send it as. Unsatisfied I brought my 2016 rav 4 hybrid for collission repair to Balthazar Pisarek body shop consultant. So everything was done but there are some issues after. Balthzar was very unprofessional and narrow minded does not want to listen whats wrong with my car . So he keeps ignoring my concern and he only look on his point of view.
