Was told $50. 00 for a spare keys and 80 to programme it. Ended up paying $350t get a key made for a 2005 Toyota what a rip off!
Sarah Attayee absolutely unprofessional behavior, rough, after you sign and put you your money in their account she will forget about you, and won't be supportive while you waiting a car. In my case she forgot to place a order and I wasted 4 month, only after I achieved a manager my order was placed. Don't recommend this place at all
We have been buying Toyota cars for many, many years. But our latest experience when we had our car services was terrible. We bought Michelin tires in November 2019 and drove them for les than 18,000 km. They show weather cracks and need to be replaced. Since the Michelin warranty does not cover that we were offered 4 new tires ( labour and alignment) for $820 +HST. I went for my oil change and tire swap out, and the next day on my way to work I heard a sound on my tire side and took it back the dealership and they told me the shock and mount is Damage and I need a to change shock and mount for 1111+ tax and I told them everything was perfectly fine before they did the tire change and I’d there was any issue they would have let me know and they Blame me that I damage it ! Worst experience. I have leased my car from this dealership I asked them to upgrade my car but I changed my dealership. The manager talked to me so disrespectful. Put so much pressure on me to upgrade it right now but even they didn't have the car that I was looking for.. I am buying a car not a gummy. Pressure in such rude way is not acceptable. I upgraded my car in lawrance and Dufferin. They were expert.
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Chloe. I have been looking for a new car for some time and I have dealt with several sales people and Chloe is the least favorable. During the week before the meeting, she responded to my questions only in short emails and impatient answers on the phone and just pushed me to an in person meeting.
