She is rude I never seen like her any sales person, she is very rude. Her focus is only sale the car on that day, if you say i just like to see today, she don't like to spend time with u. Arrogant and uncaring sales staff Came in recently on Friday around 5:20 p.m. to inquire about a new Toyota Supra. The dealership closes at 6:00. We did not know, but yet hoped there was enough time to at least get some information and look at the car. ECP warrant sold by Toyota is a Scam Toyota's extended Warranty is a scam, do not buy it. Toyota sales rep is a rip off and you will not get any answer.
Waiting for 5 months and not honoring sales agreement Ordered a car 5 months ago, still not delivered with a total of only two calls from dealer for update of expected delivery date. When contacted by the dealer with update of delayed delivery they stated that the leasing agreement signed with $1000 deposit can no longer be honored and have attempted to contact me to renegotiate at a higher leasing cost realizing the car is in high demand/short supply. Not satisfied I had a bad experience with this lady when I went for service. Instead of making me feel at home to their service department but no. She explained quite not reasonable. I’m not satisfied with the customer service. And thinking to transfer to other Toyota service department. Not recommending this branch for the car services but to the sales department I gave them 5 stars.
Stay Away My current Toyota lease would be done soon and I went to Toyota On the Park for getting my buyout process completed. I have met with the receptionist who was actually tried to help me out. very disappointed and frustrated Hi I bought my 2012 Toyota Sienna on April 6 2019; I was at dealership on April 8 2019 to get my driver door fixed as it was defective; I talked to Peter from whom (Ref: Mike Ghowsi) I made a deal and was promised to fix any issues; I was told that he can not fix because its expensive to get it fixed; I am very disappointed and frustrated with this type of customer service; hopefully they would not repeat this to somebody else Please someone help
