I had originally come in on November 28th to trade in my Toyota Corolla XSE 2019 with only 13km on it for a Toyota Rav 4. I had discussed my specifications for what I was looking for with Matt initially then he handed over my file subsequently to Sina. He was unable to help me as a customer from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with this guy as he is deceiving and untrustworthy. Their are lots of professionals in the used car business and he is definitely not one of them.

I visited Toyota on the park last night around 7pm with my wife and the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge us so we decided to walk around the showroom to look at the Rav 4 and we walked for a good 10 minutes so I finally go to the receptionist to ask for help but not only is she talking on her personal phone she’s also studying with her laptop and books... read more

Very Bad Experience This dealership looks nice but dont be fooled. When you want to buy a car there, you get sucked into buying under a lot of pressure. So called managers are rude and unreasonable. They say my car is $2000 but i know they will sell it for $10000. Manager Matt Tracy and his cronies are all about greed and know nothing about customer service. Will never by from them again. This individual has been one of the most unprofessional and immature people, that I’ve dealt with. From my first meeting with, Shelly, it was treated with a fake smile and minimal effort to properly explain the whole process. Discussions of warranties that were had between the sales individual and I, we’re also brought to her attention in regards to denying those options. No flexibility in Price My husband & I liked our salesperson, Ricky. There was, however, no flexibility in the price of the new vehicle. After waiting for 10 to 15 minutes while Ricky spoke with his manager to see what price he could give us, the response was that he could take $5 off. (I will not comment on that response.) The next day, I found another dealer who offered me the vehicle for almost $2400 less than the price of Toyota on the Park. Moral of the story - shop around.
Rude and unprofessional She is the WORST person you can deal with. Stay away from this dealership and Chitra. She is unprofessional and is not responsive at all. I have never met someone who treated customers with this much disrespect. The lack of professionalism is astounding! Do not by any mean go to her to buy a car, as she will leave you hanging.
The disappointment continues After much effort and some very poor customer service (see my Oct 30 review) I thought I had purchased my Prius before lease end. Surprise! I received a call today (Nov 20) from Toyota Financial saying I was in violation of my lease agreement because I had not returned the vehicle or purchased it. Toyota Financial had received no communication from the dealership about my purchase 3 weeks ago - and I still haven't received a call confirming that ownership has been transferred. Typical Used Car Salesman Experience...S Came in to look at upgrading from my new Corolla to a Rav4...received promotional material in the mail about this 'event'; was open to new or used Rav4, and primarily was looking to change to an AWD vehicle. CAUTION..Never go to a Dealership at month end or when it is raining/dark.....did not have a good experience negotiating a price, AND the actual cost/financing was not fully explained. And, at the end of the day I 'felt' what some would consider the 'used car salesman experience'.... read more
