Just bought my first Toyota Having previously dealt with the service department, I was already aware of the quality and professionalism of the Toyota On the Park experience. My opinion remains the same after purchasing a CPO 2014 Corolla S. Irfan (Mohammed Shaikh) and the whole sales team were a delight to deal with.

Very Pleasant I made an appointment to test drive a Rav4 with Mike Ghowsi when I got to the dealership car was ready to go. Mike left the decision as to the length of the test drive to me, I did not feel rushed. With Mike's assistant I purchased the truck and subsequent inquiries about the vehicle to him were answered promptly. Thank you Mike.

So disappointed... then satisfied! *** UPDATE: I have to say, the response of the General Sales Manager, Matt Treacy, and the ongoing professionalism of Paul Barreto, saved the day for me here. Matt responded to my initial review here (and a personal email to him) within an hour of being posted/sent. He promised to make things right, and between himself and Paul, they did. In response to the original review and an email I sent directly to Matt Treacy, the General Sales Manager, I have to say the dealership went to great lengths to make it right. Matt responded personally less than an hour afterwards, and offered to do his best to retain my loyalty. Trustworthy I have been a customer at this dealership for many years (from the Yonge-Lawrence location). The staff members are always welcoming and courteous. Hon has been a tremendous help over the years (always calm and professional). And, occasionally, Alisha has been my go-to person (when Hon is out) because I know that she too will do her best to make sure that my '88 gets the best service possible. Wonderful Experience Peter, Alif and Ali had paved away my uncertain in going to Toyota dealership. Its my first dealer visit and inquiry of car purchase and same day got my first purchase brand new 2016RAV4 leawd. Great Experience We had a great experience at Toyota on the park. It started from an online inquiry and I ended up having a brand new Corolla LE upgrade. I am very satisfied with overall experience we have at Toyota on the park. Peter was very helpful thorughout the process and what I liked is that his response time was very less for all my questions over email or phone.

The best dealer My wife and I leased a Toyota Corolla from Toyota on the Park. Fortunately,At first we met Irfan to discuss about it. He provided us with various pricing options, according to the different models for analyzing between cost and benefits them and we had a final financial meeting with Chris and the services and warranty meeting with Conrad in the end.
