Amazing customer service I went to toyota on the park because a friend referred me to go see Jordan. Wasn't going to buy a car but luck has it that I got into an accident deemed total loss on my vehicle. I like the service Jordan gave me and plus he was a referral so I knew with confidence that he will take care of me. The whole transaction was smooth and quick. No hidden charges and everything was explained upfront and clearly by Conrad as well. Overalll, have not had such a pleasant experience buying a car before.

Exceeding Expectations Alif and Kris were able to render the customer service that I was looking for from a car dealership. Bought my first Toyota I bought a Toyota after discussing my short list with my regular mechanic and he recommended the Toyota. I went to Toyota on the Park because it was close to my office location and because of reviews I read. It was a great experience with no pressure to buy. I felt more like they were there to help me buy the right vehicle for me, rather than to sell me a car. Truly Amazing Jordan helped me with my pre-owned purchase. Although Jordan told me he was new to the industry, he did an amazing job. He went above and beyond to make sure that I'm happy with my purchase. He was honest, thorough and patient. At no point did I felt pressured. Customer service at its best! I got referred to Alif by a friend and got a fantastic deal, but due to a sudden change of plans I could not go ahead with the deal. I would strongly refer Alif Budhwani to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. He is very knowledgable and efficient . Alif went above and beyond to ensure that was happy. Just bought my first Toyota Having previously dealt with the service department, I was already aware of the quality and professionalism of the Toyota On the Park experience. My opinion remains the same after purchasing a CPO 2014 Corolla S. Irfan (Mohammed Shaikh) and the whole sales team were a delight to deal with.
