Inconsistent customer service. Paul Barreto is pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, not all staff were today. We were hoping to continue leasing a Toyota, but today's experience has definitely changed our minds.
Dissapointed We came to this location in hoping to purchase a new car to trade in our old one, at first they are very accomodating but when we find out that wer paying a huge amount of money monthly we cancelled it after 2 weeks of no calls from them, we gave them our ownership and down payment in 1 click but now that wer trying to get a hold of them for the refund and the ownership nobody would want to take responsibility,We are so dissapointed we're not sure if what is happening with them because of lack the of communicati... read more
Terrible Experience I would advise anybody not to go anywhere near this dealership they are liars and have no morals or integrity, Mr D'Costa sold me a Black Prius in his words perfect condition, my eyes are pretty bad so in the most part I had to rely on what the Salesman said, when I arrived home my wife looked at the car and said do you know about all the scratches on every single panel? Do not go here! I must have gone in three times and each with a different family member and friend as i was looking to purchase a new car. Each time, we were not taken seriously and most of the time no one approached us. We ended up buying at another dealership.

The Service Department of Toyota on the Park is excellent. I have been a customer of Toyota of the Park since the dealership at Lawrence and Yonge closed. Without exception I have received excellent service during my Fall and Spring visits for regular maintenance and tire changes. It is not just the friendliness and courtesy of all of the staff, but whatever needs to be done to our cars is explained in simple terms.
