An absolute joke of a dealership and general sales manager. I went in to this dealership with a very clear budget and desired payment plan that I presented to the sales team immediately. Horrible dealership, aggressive with bait and switch tactics. First time I went to this dealership was in 2019 to buy a RAV4 Hybrid. The salesman (Alex Altobelli) and manager were uncoordinated, uncooperative and unprofessional, using hard sales tactics. I went to Mayfield Toyota (now West Ed Toyota) and was treated fairly. Ordered a Rav4 in March and $500 deposit and they said would be here June...they never called me in June so I called them and they said sorry its going to be August now, they never called me in August so I called them and they said they can't get a 2022 but asked if I want a 2023 for more money. Kept my deposit for 5 months....lied to me...manager was cocky and didn't care...brutal way to treat people..unbelievable. They fired my dealer, then did not contact me to tell me at all. Now my order will be 4 months late. Terrible at communicating. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone
Don't bother making an appointment for service. I booked a 9 am appt on a Saturday, arrived early and was advised it would be 2 hours before I would get in. I called on Monday to discuss with the service manager and wasn't given any reason why I was told I had to wait 2 hours, when my appointment was at 9. It isn't the first time this has happened but it was the last. No service performed, taking my time and business elsewhere. Why bother having appointments if you don't honour them???

Beware Beware of going to this dealership they don’t care about customer and all they care about is money over customer service. The guy name Ali Haymour their so called assistant service manager have no clue just a figure head and hurting the growth of the dealership. After today’s experience I will surely take my service and future transaction somewhere else

Always check Toyota Canada web site. Quote the very wrong price for the 2022 Highlander Hybrid XLE Very bad experience with the dealership and Chuck and his manager. Toyota website is giving me $338 & they offered me $415
