Worst liars ever. Total xxxx. Sales manager Roman Karpinskyy lied about pricing, tried to add 1040$ for nothing on top of the 2024 Camry price and offered 11% financing when it’s 6.49 on the website. Don’t go to this horrible place.
The Worst dealership I have ever dealt with for lack of honesty. Excellent at saying what they think you want to hear, even if it is not true. I wanted a refund for accessories ordered but not delivered, (after being assured they would arrive with my vehicle). Classic “the cheque is in the mail”. When I visited the dealership for the third time, they told me it was mailed and had been returned by the post office. Hanan Service advisor was terrible on 3 different occasions.Very bad attitude, dishonest right to your face and behind your back.
took my truck in for airconditioning work. nothing done. they changed $37 air vent filter did not re charge or repair the air condititioning.. i dont think that they could fix the lords prayer at this location. Im not recomending this place to anyone Brian Krahn
I hit a deer near Christmas. Unfortunately ended up having to write the vehicle off and still owed $700 on my loan. Originally I had a Dodge Dakota but hoped there would be a larger one for work. I spent months contacting dealerships and had a couple ppl searching for a somewhat decent priced used truck with adjustable peddles because of my disability. I "purchased" a Corolla in JULY 2022 through Caleb at Northwest despite friends warning me not to shop there. Not once in SIX months did Caleb or anyone at Northwest reach out to me to let me know the status of my purchase and everytime I contacted them I was told they were waiting on an ETA. If you’re looking for a dealership keep looking. My wife and I were looking for a used suv found the one we wanted started the paperwork put down money to secure it. As we live 6 hours away we made plans to come and look an found out 2 days after the deal they sold the car before we got there have us a big story as to why. Zero trust in this dealership
This dealership is a textbook example why people hate dealerships. I drove over five hours on a winter snow storm kind of a day to pick up my vehicle, advised a day ahead of time that I will be driving back during the snowstorm, asked if they could have the winter tires put on in the morning so I could leave around lunch. Seriously avoid these guys for the sake of your own self respect and go ahead with other more honest, ethical, and professional Toyota dealerships in Edmonton if you can!
