Its Pretty obvious that the nepotism in this establishment runs rampant. Hanan was my favorite. Great smile with a room temperature iq. I wouldn't trust the rest of the staff with my order at McDonald's.
Service centre was the worst ever. Do not use service centre….nicest place ever when spending $40,000 to buy a car, but when something goes wrong…won’t give you the time of day. What’s happened to the customer service :( Bought the part myself ($130 here $92 in Calgary)

If I could rate a negative number I would. I purchased a Sienna Van. Less then 51 days later I started having serious “hybrid engine malfunctions” Tried reaching out to the dealership sales rep Alex, Scott the manager and Lucasz the general manager with no success. I have seen without my vehicle for 32 days and counting ! No loaner provided! Still trying to get help AMVIC is a no go as it is under warranty!
If you live in the Edmonton area you are lucky, you have several different dealerships to deal with. Based on my experience I would choose another dealership. There is no honour or integrity at this dealership. The bottom line here is money, not customer relations. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Northwest Toyota Edmonton. Their customer service is terrible. No one answers the phone in the parts department, and I was transferred there multiple times without any response. Despite leaving messages for days, no one returned my calls. When I spoke to the front desk person, she said she walked over and told them she was transferring me, but still nothing happened. Audit caught multiple errors they couldn't explain. They owed thousands back when caught. I'm still waiting on a key for my new truck. Can't get an answer from anyone. Poor finanince management team. They tried to change or move the number up without me noticing and then apologized after I caught them. They said it was an error that never occurs. Very shady business. Would NEVER recommend!

Had a very bad experience with this dealership and advise people not to deal with them as they are completely unethical. I was looking for a new Toyota 4 Runner old 2024 model new. The Sales Associate said she almost certainly had a vehicle available but to secure it she required a $500 deposit. I questioned paying this as she cold not 100 % guarantee that the vehicle was mine.
