If you prefer frustration instead of excitement in your new vehicle, then this dealership is the place to go. Their finance department has no transparency, so I had to reach out to Alberta Consumer Protection & AMVIC for advice. I was on the verge of consulting a lawyer. Doing business with them felt like dealing with a tantrum-throwing toddler. Toyota has a great reputation for quality, but its dealership's finance department is dragging it down. Shady vehicle inspections. Shady sales people. And the gm was no better. He openly lied to me. They sold a car with almost wore out brakes and called it certified. If anyone has this happen call amvic before you even call them. Shady dealers like this need to be called out for trying to rip people off on used cars. I’d never return to this place after the whole team was dishonest with me.
*****STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP***** Bought a 2020 RAM from them last Tuesday. Noticed engine sounded terrible a day after bringing it home, took it to a Dodge dealer. Cracked drivers side exhaust manifold. Looks like your inspection was worthless, huh? I now have a $1K+ bill to pay after buying the useless powertrain warranty you sold me.
I took my van into this toyota for regular service. They contacted me prior to my service to ask if they could look at the van while it was there for service, I responded yes confirming they could. At the service they noted a few things wrong with my vehicle that I know we're not in need of service, these were large ticket items that I had just had done at a different location. I was very disappointed by this dealership who would not help an out of province customer who had wired sound when braking. We bought our Toyota Rav hybrid in 2018 and have always serviced it by Toyota dealerships. We have never had a problem except when I spoke with their receptionist at the dealership who stated “ we can not accept any drop ins” ! I was thoroughly unimpressed, have never been treated by any Toyota dealership, like this and therefore give it a 1 star for answering the phone!
Very disappointing customer service. My friend ordered a Rav4 back in Aug 2023, paid deposit and was told he will get the car in 3-6 months. and now 9 months later he still has no idea when he will get his Rav. Everytime he ask for an update he gets same answer "factory delay".. when he asks how many person is ahead of him the dealer rep divert the question. This is not impressive and dealer should be transparent with their clients and to not keep them in the dark.

We ordered a vehicle here which was over 1. 5 years ago. We have the original agreement which we signed which had a price and clearly showed no trade In. They called like 6 months ago saying oh we got one in you can have but wanted us to trade our old vehicle in which we said no as we needed both. We have a large family. Now again they call after 6 months that our vehicle has arrived and to come in the next day to sign paperwork. It's unfortunate we need to write this review as a repeat customer. My wife purchased a 2018 Corolla 5 years ago. She had a relatively good experience (except with the finance department). Fast forward to today, we went back (driving from SOUTHwest Edmonton) due to that positive experience to try and purchase a new RAV4.
