I have been going to Collins for about 15 months to have my 350Z serviced since i moved to the area and have never left the dealership feeling slighted or unhappy. He is very friendly and you don't feel any pressure when you are dealing with him. I also loved how he stayed in touch with me, answering right away to my emails or phone call. I was told I had a VIP appointment to see either Katie or Dave on a Saturday regarding a vehicle I was interested in. When I showed up for my 10:15am appointment I was told I was going to be dealing with Rene. Rene never showed up and now Eric stepped in. Eric was incredible through al my questions and we agreed on a purchase for a vehicle that wasn't on the lot as it was a Demo.
