I decided to buy a car very quickly found it sunday night and moonday night it was mine. They worked very fast and efficently to help me achieve my dream, Paul was very friendly and personable and Melinda worked so hard to help me with fiancing and did an amazing job!!! I would reccomend anyone to this dealership they had a great selection of cars and at great prices!!

From Fred to Joe Melinda and Rachel ,once again It was a great buying experience. They were helpful and what was promised was delivered. This is my 5th Nissan 2 from Ssault Ste Marie, 1 from Welland and two form Collins and I love the sault dealerhip and Collins ranks right up there. I would rate Welland a zero

Service department is friendly and helpful. They do quality work at reasonable prices. Sales staff is great too but I keep buying cars at this dealership because the service department sets a high standard for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership.

My experience @ Collins Nissan was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle ever. From Ginny to Geoff and Rachel/Kristi, I felt like they were all bending over backwards to make my purchase the best experience possible. My experience at Collins Nissan has always been a positive one. I feel that I am treated fairly, things are clearly explained and they do their best to see that I am serviced and out the door ASAP when I am pressed for time. Judy is great! She is always more than happy to make sure I understand all the details of the service and gives me product price options when applicable. I was greeted with a handshake and a smile by Fred Fuoco. We discussed in general my needs and situation and we then took a test drive. He was extremely courteous and helpful and not pushy at all. Following my decision to purchase, Rachael Hogan gave me a solid outline of the financing network and what she could attempt to do for me. I felt it was more then fair to pick Great on my rating because Excellant wasn't there. My rep Otto Vanegas was friendly, informative and made me feel like the experience was one that I would want everyone to experience. Many thanks goes to Otto Vanegas and the Staff. Rachel Hogan took care of my paperwork and she was so kind and warming as well. Overall my husband and I discussed it and he bought a vechile in the same week from a competitor and he said his customer service didn't even compare to that of Nissan's. Thank you!
