Poor service!! Bought a used 2013 Nissan Sentra in feb 2018 from the day I brought it home there were problems with the car! Front right shock needs replacing,Had the lower control arm replaced because there was movement (loose) . And 8 months later still the same problem so there’s more wrong than just the control arm. Incompetent Did not have the required knowledge for the vehicle he sold nor did he have the professional etiquette when it comes to dealing with people. Not a good experience had to send the vehicle back in for service after he told us everything was fine and he checked with the mechanics. DO NOT BUY ONCE THE PAPER IS SIGNED THEY CHANGE They sold me a new vehicle right when I drove it off the lot it had issues within that day I told them I didn't want the headache and they can have it back they informed me don't worry ill be taken care of after my numerous visits of repairs in less then a month. Got there only being told car has sold Made an appointment on Wed., rent a car to get there from Toronto and only was told car has been sold last night! Later a manager told me someone called me several times after the trade but cannot get to me. I double checked my phone and there is no incoming call at all, there is no voicemail nor text. I must say the manager is being polite and professional all the time, however this result is totally inacceptable, feel like being fooled.
Waste of Time After 3 weeks of negotiation, we received a price from the 'manager' and sales rep over the phone that we agreed to. We drove 2 hours to the dealership with my 7 1/2 month pregnant wife and confirmed the numbers and price when we arrived on paper - THE SALES REP WROTE IT DOWN. After another 2.5 hours at the dealership they said they made a mistake and quoted us $9,000 over the original price quoted!!! What an absolute waste of time. Unprofessional team They only keep the positive reviews and remove the negative ones... Do not bother to place your comments on this website. But just to let you know that this guy named Kevin is totally unprofessional and doesn't know anything about customer service. He acts as a security guard before being a sales employee. Can't believe everything you hear I was a new and happy customer of Collins Nissan, until I actually drove off the lot with my new Nissan Rogue and realized what I signed up for isn't what I received.
