My family always had a Nissan car ever since we moved to Canada(1987) We love our Nissan : ) But I believe this car is going to be my favorite one. Fred went out of his way to find us ( me) the right one .. Red JUKE : ) and Melinda did her very best to make all the paper work fast and "painless" for us. Jimmy Melo was extremely helpful in explaining the program associated with purchasing a new vehicle, showing me the sentra that I purchased and was certious and polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him when in the market for a new vehicle. Melinda Ridgers was excellent to deal with and her enthusiasm was catchy, her knowlege of the product and financing was top notch, felt very comfortable with her and wish I met more people like her.
Started off looking to buy a used car, something that I could afford. Started working with Rick P, and then was transferred to Melinda Ridgers. After Melinda started taking care of me, things were done efficiently, professionally and quickly. She was absolutely amazing. Melinda was a great representative of Collins Nissan and any customer would be lucky to be able to work with her.

Although Rob was a salesperson in training , he was extremely friendly and willing to answer all our questions expeditiously. If there was something he was unfamiliar with , he went out of his way to get the information we required to assist us in the purchase of our vehicle. Melinda was extremely helpful and provided us with various options for extended warranty and vehicle treatments.
Fred was extremely helpful from the second we entered the dealership. He listened to our needs and helped us select the vehicle that best fit our needs and didn't try to force us into a vehicle we didn't need. The entire team at Collins Nissan was very helpful and well organized and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely be back the next time I need to purchase a vehicle.
Adam approached us right away when we stepped on the lot. We were only casually looking for a new vehicle at the time. We liked him as a salesman right away-he was very down to earth and not at all pushy. He took us through the buying experience and worked to get our payments into a range that we could afford. Rick Pinelli was very good to deal with. He didn't pressure us to buy, just showed us the cars we were interested in ! I would recommend him to anyone interested in a Nissan !!!
Collins has always provided excellent service in the 2 years I have been taking my car there. They are head and shoulders above the previous Nissan dealership I used to take my car to, Collins treats you as if you were the only person having your car serviced at the time you are their. Sales staff always says hello and asks if there is anything they can do for you while you wait in the waiting area.
