Fred is a very genuine man. He's personable, pleasant and committed to customer satisfaction. He will bend over backwards to accommodate his clients. Melinda Ridgers also deserves an honourable mention for her assistance in making my experience as pleasant and seamless as possible. KUDOS!!!!!!!
Upon entering the Collins Nissan Building we were greeted by Geoff, who asked what we were looking for today. Once my girlfriend and I mentioned that we were interested in the Nissan Sentra, he took us to Paul Rankin, who has a fair bit of experience with the Nissan Sentra. Great people, I don't like to take a lot of time to find a car. They asked what I was looking for didn't try to force more expensive models on me. Got in and got out exactly the way I like to shop!!

With Fred and Melinda we purchased an Altima and they were helpful. The next day we changed our minds as to our requirements. We spoke with Fred to renegotiate, upgrading to a level that better suited our newly identified needs. Fred was very helpful in identifying the model level that suited our needs better. Fred and Melinda conducted the change smoothly and quickly. We very much appreciated how they dealt with us. This is our fourth Nissan car and their service encourages us to return for a fifth.
This had to be the best car purchase my wife and I have ever experienced. Very friendly, no pressure and Fred listened to our wants and needs. Rachel had to be the most knowledgeable and understanding Financier we have ever met. We highly recommend Collins Nissan.
One week ago I did not want to buy Nissan because I have had 2 Toyota, 5 Hyundai and 1 Mitsubishi. I wanted to continue with these brends. We were encouraged to take a test drive even though the city was still digging itself out of a snowstorm. After taking the test drive and working the vehicle through the snow, we were convinced this was the car we wanted. The salesperson was confident the car would perform through the snow and allowed us to take the vehicle through any street we wanted even if it wasn't plowed yet. Just a super dealership to work with. Very helpful on every aspect of the sale. Will work to obtain the best price. Every person in the dealership are both friendly and interested in the customer. I bought owing I would not hesitate to shop there again, recommend to any friend, and feel that their follow up service will be just as fantastic. A complete difference than the last dealership I purchased from!

Just upgraded my Nissan Altima. The salesman, Fred Fuoco, was great to work with. He provided me with detailed information about my trade-in and worked very hard to get me a great deal. Kristy Whiteside, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. Usually, the trip to see the finance/business manager in the "back" office is akin to getting a root canal.
