As soon as i entered the main door i was greeted with as smile, started talking with Paul Rankin, said a few sentences and started laughing got me into a fantastic car for a great price specially for it being a new car, i would advise anyone to got to Collins Nissan for a car excellent customer service.
Professional, friendly and prompt! I am new to this area and thus dealership. Ove the past three visits for service of my Rogue including purchase of a new winter tire set, I found all that I interacted with at the dealership give me confidence that they know what they are doing and they are not trying to sell me something i don't need! I will be back for regular service.

Adam Flynn is a new salesperson at the dealership. He is a young person who has a very personable, welcoming personality. He is not high pressure and listens to your needs. Everyone at the dealership is pleasant and helpful. The car was ready when promised, sparkling clean and ready to drive away. Adam took time to demonstrate the bluetooth phone system and hooked my phone up. He demonstrated the sonar back up system and explained other features of the car. Had to wait a little longer than advertised to have service doors opened. Service people are very friendly and work done is excellent and my car came out clean after being washed which was nice. Was not pushed into doing something that wasn't necessary. I was a little shocked as the price was a little higher than I expected. Overall very satisfied.

Steve and Melinda were excellent to work with and couldn't do enough for you. Everyone else in the office was very friendly and helpful also. They went through every detail of the process. The initial sales options, receiving my Murano and explaining all of the features personally and finally the follow up to make sure that everything was ok after we got it home. The service I have received at Collins Nisssan has been excellent particualry when I deal with Jim williamson. he presents as though he is actually listening and concnerned about any problems with the vehichle and attends to it by providng me with a response. This is my second time dealing with Collins Nissan and once again it was a great experience. The friendly employees througho (ut the entire showroom were extremely kind, respectful and polite. Paul Rankin was the gentleman whom helped me in choosing the best car and very knowledgeable of the Nissan products. He was kind, energetic and listened to me as a customer.
