Parts Went to this dealer twice to find parts for my Infiniti. The parts person was incredibly incompetent. He could not help me unless I gave him the VIN. I have worked as a technician in several dealerships in my life and have never met a parts person quite this bad. I was looking for a "rear license plate light mounting bracket"...he could not understand the concept. I had to coach him through his computer to find the part. Won't stop calling my house to sell me a vehicle I brought my Murrano to Collins Nissan in the fall for an oil change/general maintenance. The service was done. No issues about the service. Since then, I have received junk mail, emails, and many, many phone calls trying to get me to trade in and purchase another Nissan. I am really sick of being bothered/emailed/targeted with cheesy "personal message" style letters/phone calls by this company. HAPPY with SALES, but NOT HAPPY with service HAPPY with all sales people, Steve Piro, Geoff MacVinnie, David Ahumada, but did not have a good experience with the service dept. when I brought my new car in for an oil change only having 5,200 KM on it.

Disappointed and insulted Very disappointed in the class and customer service at this dealership. One representative from head office, did not demonstrate friendliness nor class when we exited the dealership. The dealership was having a private sale and corporate had promised more money for trade ins instead of using Nissan dollars for advertising ( which he claimed didn't work) There was no negotiating offered after spending over 2 hours there and we left without our vehicle of preference. Service stops as soon as you sign the deal I love my Nissan Sentra and was sent a customer appreciation offer. When we checked out the deal everyone was friendly and gave us alot of attention. We warned them that we didn't have a great experience when we bought our Sentra but they assured us they were under new management. When we signed the deal the service ended. Sales Manager is horrible Went in to learn more about the Rogue and figure out the price of one and what terms and options they have. Made it perfectly clear we were not buying today but deciding within the next few days and needed to check out insurance on the new vehicle. My wife and I are in our late 20's and insurance can be a huge difference depending on vehicle. Left stranded A few weeks ago, my 2012 Nissan Versa would not start after a day of sitting in the parking lot of my office. I called Nissan's 24 hour Roadside Assistance program, who were helpful enough, sending a tow truck to bring my car to the closest dealership for service. The helpfulness ended there. Bought a used vehicle from Collins, a month later it was one problem after another. After speaking to Steve, was informed to come back to Nissan and they would swap me for another vehicle. Of course once I got there, I was told, they couldn't do it. Surprise... I drove the vehicle for 10 months and spent 3000 on repairs. Even spoke to someone in the head office who told me this situation is wrong and told me she would get back to me.....she never even called me back.
