2015 Juke garbage! I purchased a 2015 Juke. After 55,000 km the transmission went. Collins replaced it under warranty no problems. I got to 135,000 km and transmission went again. Phoned Collins and would not help at all. Not even a rental as the car was used for deliveries. Tod me it would cost 4500.00 for new transmission. Nissan Canada would not help also. Would not recommend Nissan at all. Junk'!!!

Exceptional Service I went to Collins to look for a new car.I was greeted by Chris van wiechen. I need the car quickly. And Chris made it happen. Excellent service, great guy to deal with. Worst dealership i have dealt with ever.. Maureen in the service department is the rudest person i have ever dealt with. They screwed up my appointment and basically she said oh well.

Service and warranty is crap Beware if your vehicle has a repeating issue , no one cares why it happens, and when warranty goes, u r screwed and on your own

Lack Integrity, Not Up Front, Techs Not Experienced Brought my vehicle in early September. Service engine soon light was on and car was hesitating. A sensor was recalibrated and I drove home. Next day, light came back on. Took the car back, installed a new injector relay. The car was still having hesitation issues so back it went. No service Worst after service ever. A month ago my wife's car was brought in to get a remote car starter installed that was supposed to be installed before delivery. While doing the install the removed our GPS tracking unit and harness then proceeded to throw it out. Over a month later still no answer about replacement. Called again today, still waiting for GM to get back to them. What kind of GM takes 3 weeks to get back to someone? Great service when they want your business, not so great after.

Not Happy My experience overall was somewhat Dissapointing. We Agreed on a price that included a full touch up on the stone chips around the bumper of the car. Upon picking up the car I was told that they couldn't do anything because the had to replace the whole bumper and it will cost them more. Also I was told that they only had one set of keys for the car. Which I was not informed before , and I have to pay if I wanted a spare keys. Support local auto shop Went to Collins Nissan service. I needed new brake pads for my nissan. They quoted $ 1000.00 for new brake pads. I went to local garage, got pads and rotors cost me $400.00. Been told numerous time don't go to dealer for work on car! Lesson learned.

Service department My Nissan Murano came with synthetic oil for a reason...it is recommended by the manufacturer. I found out that the service department decided to dump regular oil into my car....this is inexcusable. I can get stupid oil changes by oil jockeys on every corner, I go to my dealer for the proper service.... I decided to go to a corner quick lube to see what they would do...and sure enough the first thing they to me was,,,,this car uses synthetic oil and will look through their data base to make sure their oil ... read more
