THIRD CLASS customer service THIRD CALSS customers service Wish have at least have 2 options 1) to give -10 star 2) legally open case, I went 28th Saturday to buy Toyota corola le 2017 road test negotiate and was missing 500$ so called on Monday if still available and one call Mike said yes so I took day off from work and went to buy and GUESS WHAT they change car with 3000 km more and car color totally different car I wish this read by GM or CEO of South point Toyota (near deerfoot casino)and do honest service

Buying toyota Tundra I have talked to a sales person there and was amazing. But they are very inconsistent with the time line they are giving. Thay also make so much excuses for the delay. I have dealt with Ronan Cokar the finance director who handled the financial side of me buying the Tundra. I have the worst ever experience with him. I will never want to deal with him again. He does not acknowledge you when he sees you in the dealership, never returns my calls, you will never feel that he values your bisiness with them. H... read more

Total inconvenience at this dealership. Had a scheduled apt to have tires and oil change done and a ride to work. Spent 50 mins in a shuttle when I was 4 mins from my office that I asked to be taken too first. Then got a call 10 mins before the dealership closed when they had my car all day to tell me there was a problem with my summer tire that they took off 4 months earlier and should have checked it at that time. They then had to put my winter tires back on and quoted me 700$ for 2 new tires. Took another hr for me to get... read more

Just can't believe it I went to south point Toyota to trade into new truck once we made a deal picked silver and they told me silver only comes with Grey leather I wasn't happy then I they're trying to sell me after market black leather I told them I don't want buy this truck unless it comes with black leather anyway I had to pick up my kid from school so l left I told them I'll come back tomorrow to pick the colour on my way home I called two different dealerships and they both told me silver comes with black leather or gre... read more

Failure to communicate More than once, the team at South pointe has mislead us, or has omitted information. The most resent being: Toyota Canada has recalled the block heaters, so our cord was cut, but no one at South Pointe mentioned this to us when they did it. It is freezing cold here now, and I can't plug in my car; I would have made alternative plans if someone had informed me this, but no one did. BE AWARE WORST dealer and customer service ever!! From the sales man elbert, todd dunbar and coreyfudge. After being a previous customer in this location we were treated completely the opposite of what we were expecting. We came there looking for a 2018 Toyota Sienna but were pointed towards the 2017. A couple of hours later we wanted to leave and told them we would think about it. They pressured us to make a deposit of $1000. service department are crooks the service people charged us $85 to take out a nut that was rattling around in the door on our vehicle under full warranty with no warning about the charge. How can loose nuts in a door just be random extra parts. It should be from somewhere and get fixed under the full warranty. If this place had any integrity they would at least warn us about the charge. It should be our choice to fix something like that not. Next time i'll drive to the other side of the city to use our original dealership.

Dealing on a car not in inventory - bait & switch? Went on their web site and they showed offering of 2017 RAV4s. Talked to Mike P. about dealing as we had already made up our mind. Gave an offer. Took my Visa and Driver's License. Came back with a counter-offer (which I expected) but refused to return my Visa & Driver's License immediately as I asked for. Awful experiences over the last few years I am not one to post reviews however I'm feeling very taken advantage of after spending a great deal of money at South Pointe Toyota. We have had awful service from South Pointe Toyota in the last 3 years. We first purchased a new 2012 Rav 4 and aside from one rude staff member (who I now see is a manager of some sort), we had a great experience.
