The most expensive Toyota service in Calgary. Their service #1 price is $10-$20 more and service #2 and #3 prices are $100~130 more expensive compared to all five other Toyota dealerships in Calgary. The management should consider lowering their service costs. Toyota's service fees should be affordable in all locations.

I had a terrible experience with this people. I lost my downpayment savings of $10, 000 which I am yet to get off my mind. They deceive and lie to their customers to benefit them. The sales guy ( Mitch) is a terrible person. When we noticed what was going on, we have already played their games. We lost our money and they made their money and commission. Please note that they don't care about you(customers) but their interest. Be careful dealing with this terrible people.

took my drivers license and credit card to check to see if I can get approved for financing. Then they took a deposit without my knowledge or permission.... Now they refuse to return it. I never set foot in the dealership or agreed on allowing any transaction. I couldn't even get an offer or full details. Liars and thieves. BEWARE SCAMMERS.

Had my windshield washer pump replaced. Was quoted over $600.0 for the repair. I asked how the estimate was arrived at? I was told that "they needed to remove the headlight and bumper." This is not true. I asked to talk to the manager and was told, "I could not." I insisted and after discussing it with him I got a quote for $200.00. This was fair but when I went to pick up the tacoma I noted almost $65.00 in shop materials. Again I asked what the charge was? "It is industry standard," was their answer. It’s been 5months now and still no feedback from south Toyota pointe. I was told that the car will get to me in 3 months but each time I call the sales person (Craig) refuses to pick my call or even text back. I don’t even know how to react now after reading someone else’s review about the Toyota Corolla cross because that’s what i got too. Now I think I made a huge mistake,I tried cancelling the order but I was told it’s too late for that. How’s that even possible when I don’t even know when I’ll get the car

I bought new 2021 Tacoma sport from them. After almost 1,5 year/50,000km I have issues with re-fueling.. They found dirt in and derbies in filter.. They told me I use my truck too much on dirt/ off road.. Is my fault so guarantee will not cover the costs!!! Quote was 1400$ How come that’s my fault.??? I’m not driving with gas cap off?!? I was sure Tacoma is build to go off road. What if I live in country side and have to drive on dirt every day!! I always checked and tight gas cap when driving longer on bumpy dusty roads.. We have waited 10 months for our Corolla Cross and it finally arrived this week. When we arrived at the dealership, Zak Bhanji, the Sales Manager, showed us a COMPLETELY different agreement to what we signed 10 months prior (in November 2021), with COMPLETELY different sums that we never signed (which are obviously not on the original agreement). Poor service department, low standard of work, declines in customer service - used them for 9 years but recently car had issues not only wasn’t able to provide definitive diagnosis, didn’t have parts, didn’t provide safety advice and found out later missed many critical items. Advisor and service manager quite condescending to deal with and basically don’t have good people skills to help diffuse customer complaints. False & misleading inventory on website: I called to inquiry and purchase one of the NINE (9) 2022 4 Runners that are advertised on the website, these are listed as new inventory, which assumes the cars are on the lot and ready for purchase. I was informed they had ZERO, yes ZERO 2022 4 Runners in stock. Explanation was that the website had not been updated. Very frustrating to say the least about this dealership. Would not recommend.
