I bought a Rav 4 and was promised free lime time oil changes. First service cost me $90 and no oil change was done. Second service cost $160 and oil change was performed. Beware of free oil change scam. This dealership should be sued. I recommend you buy elsewhere (Country hills is the same owner).

Hello Adi, Couple of things to mention. According to our records your vehicle has not been in for service since 2018. Also, regarding our Free Oil Change program. Your oil changes are free for life, and are performed during every service visit EXCEPT your first service, which does not require an oil change. dealer proposal fake advertising, by far the worst toyota dealer in calgary, submitted an offer with $5100 maxed discount through their website then i got a call that the discount i offered cannot apply in the vehicle, maxed discount he can only do around $1000. When i said no the person just hanged up the phone. Disappointed because we just purchased last year a new vehicle on this dealership.
My partner and I were both in the market for vehicles. We both had vehicles to trade in and were both interested in a new Toyota. The salesman took all of our information, was aware of the fact we were both looking to trade in and purchase. We were told that we would be texted some information later that day re: trade in offers, etc. That was a week ago and we haven't heard a thing. The customer service certainly isn't what I expected when it could have easily been a 2 vehicle sale. Ridiculous.
Completely appalled with the service at south point Toyota!! I just purchased a 2021 Rav4 yesterday (Feb 13 2021) after waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive. I had spoke with the salesman by the name of Craig Taylor and we had made a deal for an all in price. So this means the price we agree upon in the final price after taxes and so forth. When it came time to sign the papers they decided sneak and add $3000 on top of our agreed pricing that included taxes, freight and so forth. We were in 2 weeks ago to put in an offer for a used Toyota Highlander. We walked away since it didn’t meet the price point we are willing to pay which is fine, as it was a fair offer and evaluation process. The sales manager (Zak Bhanji) contacted us yesterday and asked us to come back as he is willing to give us a better deal. This all started out at the sister dealership, Country Hills Toyota, where I was referred to a salesman (Johnathan Low) through a mutual friend. I had placed a deposit on a RAV4 Prime that I was very much looking forward to, that was until the pricing released. My salesman moved from CH to South Pointe and my deposit moved with him. Disgusted at the poor customer service this dealership has. Once they got my money they didn't care about me. That's also a parent in their better business bureau profile.
At the end of August I was searching for a very specific vehicle. I checked online and there was one listed on Southpointe’s website. I spoke to Chris through their online chat, and he told me that they have one left on the lot, so I made an appointment to go see it that afternoon.
