CROOKS, Dealership lies, you are dirt Put a deposit on a vehicle, after letting the car go to another customer, dealership is withholding my $500. After about 2 weeks of sending emails and phone calls, I finally got a response. Good start, South Pointe, I see you really understand marketing...Managers do not respond (Corey Fudge and Todd Dunbar), go straight to upper management. South Pointe Toyota is a rip off . I have been doing my regular maintenance at south pointe toyota assuming that they are doing a good service and never checked fluids in my car myself. After I had them changed transmission fluid on my car, I checked after few months the color of transmission fluid should have been blood red but it was blackish brown. Stay away from the crooks These guys sold my Dad a Van that had a default they knew about but did not disclose it to him fully. It has a problem which causes it to break down all the time and it would cost thousands to fix. They downplayed the problem when they sold it and would do nothing after to help him out. I would stay away from these crooks, they are dishonest and do not stand behind their sales.
Worst dealership When you get refused by your own dealership to find a serious issues with you car that's under warranty.. what do you do? We found a new dealership and service department to deal with- the sales department is full of thieves and crooks - and service is full of incompetence.
"Hail Damage" We went to purchase a Truck from South Point and they came back with a shady trade in value in our existing vehicle. They stated that this was due to hail damage. There was no opportunity to negotiate or speak with the sales manager. The conversation got accusatory from there. Hate it when businesses try to take advantage. Went elsewhere and had a great experience. Would caution others from buying from this dealership.
Lie to make a deal Horrible sales team. They lied to us to make a deal. I would not waste your time or money here there are better dealerships out there...will never come back to these people.

BEWARE OF SALE MANAGERS & TRICKY SALES REP The Worst Dealer I went to, Mike Phan Sales REP is worst to deal with including their Sales Manager ZAK, They are so Pushy. They called me to do the final deal but when I arrived there with my wife they refused to give me deal they talked a day before. I came all the way from North & I had to cancel my plans for weekend. I was 100 % ready to do the deal I will Never Recommend this Dealer

Worst Dealer I purchased my RAV 4 Toyota Last year. Beware of deals. There are always strings attached. They forced me to buy one year mandatory insurance which was worthless. They offered me free oil change but forced me have some of the unnecessary maintenance work done on my car. They charge more for all repairs. I highly recommend to avoid this dealer.
Fight for everything Had a brand new 2013 Highlander delivered to me without roof rails and a defective remote start. Now, when I go to get winter tires, there is nothing to take the locking wheel nuts off with. They insist on charging me for the part. No apology for endangering my family by providing a vehicle that I have no way of removing the wheels.
